POWER CONVERSION OPTIONS
HeatLoad America offers a variety of power adapters to connect heat load to the data center’s power distribution.
The best way to test the power distribution within a data center is to connect the heat load directly to the final power distribution. In floor standing environments this is likely to be single or 3-phase commando type sockets.
In rack mounted environments where the power strips are installed, connections could be CE7, UK 3-Pin, C13 or C19 outlets.
HeatLoad stocks a variety of power adapters to connect heat load to data center distribution.
Bespoke cables can be manufactured on request. All HeatLoad 3-phase units require 32Amp 5-pin commando type sockets. Single phase units can be connected to single phase or 3-phase outlets.
HeatLoad has standardised the power connection for all single phase heaters and server emulators with a single C20 16Amp plug. Adapter cables are available to connect to customer distribution:
